LogValid provides email validation services. Understanding how we handle your email data is critical:

• Purpose Limitation: Email addresses you submit for validation are used exclusively for the purpose of validating their deliverability and syntax. We do not use your email lists for any other purpose.
• No Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your email lists with any third parties for their own marketing or any other purposes.
• Data Privacy by Design: Our staff never has direct access to your raw email addresses. Only validation results (e.g., "valid," "invalid," "risky") are visible to our team when analyzing system performance.
• Encryption: All email lists are encrypted using industry-standard 2-way encryption methods during storage and transmission.
• Automatic Deletion: Email lists are automatically deleted from our servers:
  • One month after upload if validation has not been started.
  • One month after validation is completed.
• Manual Deletion: You may manually delete your lists at any time from your account dashboard. Once deleted, data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

5. Google Integration (Google Sheets Add-on)

When you use LogValid with Google services (such as our Google Sheets Add-on):

• We process the data you submit only in real-time to provide validation results.
• We do not permanently store any email data processed through Google Sheets integration.
• We do not share any data with Google or any other third party beyond what is necessary to provide the validation service.
• The Google Sheets Add-on requires specific permissions to access your spreadsheet. These permissions are used solely to read email addresses for validation and write back the results.

LogValid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and validation data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy:

• Account Information: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations.
• Email Validation Lists: Automatically deleted 1 month after validation completion or 1 month after upload if validation not started. You may delete manually at any time.
• Usage Logs: Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained longer for analytical purposes.
• Billing Records: Retained for as long as required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information:

• Access Controls: Strict role-based access controls ensure only authorized personnel can access systems, and they only see validation results, not raw email data.
